Workshop Description: We are going to explore the multifaceted world of traumatic births, where every twist and turn reveals the profound impact on birthing people's lives. We will start by unraveling the intricate layers of what defines a traumatic birth, delving into gripping real life scenarios where unexpected complications or interventions transform the birthing experience into a harrowing ordeal. Through poignant stories and compelling insights, we'll uncover the emotional toll, offer practical coping strategies, and ignite a call to action for advocacy and awareness. Join us on this transformative journey as we shed light on the challenges, inspire resilience, and drive change in the realm of traumatic births.
