Lauren Rapp, LSW

Outreach & Networking Coordinator

Lauren Rapp is an infant, perinatal, and maternal psychotherapist, with a deep passion for trauma recovery. With a specialization in complex trauma, particularly related to family-of-origin dynamics, she brings a compassionate, holistic approach to her work, recognizing the profound impact of early experiences on lifelong well-being. She believes that transformation happens in safe, attuned relationships and is committed to fostering spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported. Being a life-long learner, Lauren has sought out opportunities to be trained in various trauma-focused modalities, such as Brainspotting and other bottom-up approaches.

Lauren finds joy in guest speaking on topics such as infant and toddler mental health, building attachment through the power of play, and identity shifts throughout matrescence. As a member of the advisory board for the Trauma-Informed Maternal Health Network, Lauren leads networking efforts to strengthen connections among professionals, advocates, and those seeking support. Through her work, she is committed to collaborating with communities, so that members feel empowered to enact meaningful change.
