Autumn is a wife and mother to four beautiful children. She is a doctorally prepared nurse with experience in high risk obstetrics. She's a member of the Illinois Perinatal Quality Collaborative (ILPQC) OB advisory board and part of the perinatal mental health initiative work group and is part of the Illinois chapter of the Naloxone Project focusing on distribution of take-home naloxone to address the opioid crisis in Illinois.
Autumn is a fetal heart monitoring instructor trainer for both AWHONNs Intermediate Electronic Fetal Monitoring and their Advanced class as well as a designated instructor for the Obstetrical Patient Safety Emergencies Workshop. In addition she is an advocate for birth trauma having first handedly experienced and has shared her story at national and state conferences that lead her to becoming a certified patient family partner with Mommas Voices.
