Development Manager

Ashley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology/Pre-Physician Assistant from Arcadia University. She is currently pursuing a Master’s program in Public Health at Thomas Jefferson University while serving as a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator as well as a public health intern at Oshun Family Center. Her professional focus and fervent interest revolve around clinical research and public health, specifically in the realm of addressing disparities, with a dedicated emphasis on improving black maternal health outcomes.

Ashley is involved in the yearly planning of Black Maternal Health Week in Philadelphia, serves as a peer support mentor for Postpartum Support International, and is a doula with the Maternity Care Coalition. She is establishing her doula practice and becoming a certified lactation educator and clinical lactation support specialist. She is looking into PhD programs in public health with a concentration in maternal and child health.
